Movement: iron with two wheel bodies with brass barrels, fusees with chains, verge escapement with pendulum (later)
Case entirely engraved with symmetrical banderoles and foliage, the top composed of a square base and openwork around the bell, covered with a concave return roof topped by a pyramid. Small crack repaired in the left panel. To be restored.

A clock of similar size and decoration to ours was in the Parisian collections of Robert de Balkany. It was sold at Sotheby's Paris on September 28, 2016, lot 375.
