/ OF THE / REPUBLIC surrounded by a
a wreath of oak and laurel leaves
with the lictor beam in the background
surmounted by the Phrygian cap and two
pikes with tricolored flags "LIBERTÉÉGALITÉ" and "FRATERNITÉ OU LA MORT".
An almost similar engraving exists in the Musée
Carnavalet (inventory G 26925).
